Amazon constantly cancelling removal orders for ASIN

In brief, Amazon has incorrectly put our inventory (1322 units) ''unfulfillable'' during inbound, for a specific ASIN. They admitted that it was an error due to their system, I am sparing you the details. For mods : CASE ID : 16143943711.

This happened more than 8 months ago. Amazon however stated they werent able to put the inventory back into ''fulfillable'' and despite they are responsible for this error, we won't be able to sell it on Amazon.

Amazon replied by offering inbound and outbound reimbursements, which was a decent compensation but we are still stuck with tens of thousands of dollars of unsold inventory that was planned to be sold on Amazon.

For months, we have been creating removal orders that are constantly cancelled by Amazon after days, weeks or months.

Meanwhile, we are paying expensive storage fees. It does not make sense.

-Amazon has the fault for the incorrectly restricted inventory

-Amazon offers reimbursement once the products are removed

-Meanwhile, Amazon keeps cancelling the removal order for over 6 months, while charging us expensive storage fee. This is reducing our profit and affecting our cashflow.

I contacted Seller support, even wrote at jeff@amazon.com for escalation, I get the same useless generic response to ''wait until removal is completed''. yet I have waited 6 months with more consequences on my business.

Please advise @Jurgen_Amazon @Ricardo_Amazon

Thank you

Hello @Outdoor_002

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

Can you share the most recent case regarding this issue?

I was checking the case ID you shared, and this one was resolved 3 months ago, and as part of the criteria we need to follow prior an escalation, is that the cases has to be resolved within the last 3 weeks.

Christine.
