Canada specific images for compliance. Images won't update and go live even when already uploaded.

We have a shared listing for the USA, Canada and Mexico. One SKU, one ASIN.

Our original listing is for the USA, but we also sell in Canada. Our category requires bilingual images in English and French, so we cannot use the same images as the USA.

We uploaded country-specific images, but they also changed our USA listing images to the ones we uploaded for Canada.

The images are in the edit attributes, but the ones shown in Canada are the ones from the USA. The images we made for Canada are uploaded and in the attributes, but they are not showing up.

This is a compliance issue and we want to follow the rules, but the system is not letting us.

Can anyone help us? or anyone else having this issue? Our images in Canada will not change.

They only change if we update the USA.

@Sunnie_Amazoncan we get some assistance? why do you think we can't get our listing in canada to only show canada specific images?

We have attempted to resolve this issue with Amazon, but they keep telling us that the photos accurately depict the product. However, Amazon compliance asked us to change our images, which we have preapred but cannot have them showing up.

we have uplaoded those images and are compliant to all requirements as well. but they refuse to show up as LIVE.

This is Roberto and I wanted to make sure your questions are addressed. If you are the brand registered owner for the product listings, you should be able to use the Seller central self-service tool to upload country specific images:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/imaging/upload/brand-registry

Please reply to this thread if you were able to use this tool and fix the images. Keep in mind that an image update may take up to 24 hours to fully reflect.
