Generally speaking the best rates for books will be either Media Mail or Bound Printed Matter.

IIRC UPS Mail Innovations uses the USPS to deliver last mile. This usually adds a day or two for delivery. And I've never seen it as an option on Amazon's buy shipping for FBM orders.
