Lost Featured Offer on CA Listing - Seeking Advice on Amazon's Price Comparison

Our Canadian listing suddenly lost Featured Offer a month ago. Amazon claims our price isn’t competitive compared to external retailers, but we don’t sell off-site. Competing sellers on Amazon still have Featured Offers at 100+ CAD, yet we’re pressured to drop to 70+ CAD (zero profit). We’ve opened multiple cases (latest: #17374086921) but received no clear explanation.
Has anyone faced similar issues? How did you resolve it? We’re desperate to understand:

#Why are higher-priced identical listings unaffected?
