Hello, I opened a seller account in Canada for about 1 month. I have been selling on Amazon for many years and now I have created a new seller account. But I am having a problem. Although the price of almost all of my products is much cheaper than other sellers and my shipping time is much faster, my buy box feature is not activated in any way. I haven't been able to buybox any product since I created the account. This situation persists even though I have met all the necessary criteria. Anyone have this problem or have a solution?

All new sellers have this problem. Buy boxes are earned, not given.
You need to build up a positive selling history first.

Nobody knows all the "necessary criteria" for the buybox. Some factors are price, shipping speed, account health, etc. All you can do is keep selling.

Unfortunately like what is already said nobody here knows the criteria for getting the Buy box, but we all kinda have the same sense that what you need is a positive sales volume, great customer service, good account health metrics, fast shipping and competitive pricing, I believe all contributes to you earning the buy box.
But even with all that we honestly just don't know, because it's not always given, plus you mention the account is new after only a month worth of sales so you may have to build up the account more with all that was said above, all the best Cheers.
