package delivered/signed for and i'm out $800
How could this happen? package got delivered at correct address, signed for by same name as appears on the order, provided Amazon with digital signature proof by fedex, but still the customer filed an A-to-Z saying it wasn't him who signed for it and got his money back. What the hell Amazon? I mean what else can we do if this doesn't prove anything then we're doomed.

You can file an insurance claim and get an investigation opened with fedex, they can check the GPS tracking data of the delivery and have the customer write an affidavit declaration under oath that they did not receive the item.
