Is there issues at the St. Thomas Amazon fulfillment centre (YXU1)
discussion. Just wondering if anyone is having wait times at this fulfillment centre of 3 weeks or more ? I sent in 5 boxes on January 11th & sat in transit for several days even though I literally live 45 minutes from the fulfillment centre. Then it finally went into "delivered" status and hasn't moved since. I've contacted Amazon but can't open an investigation until February 7th, which on our end, is really making us drop in sales. Shouldn't we be notified when fulfillment centres are having slow times or difficulties in managing production? Why even send our boxes there if it's going to sit that long - its not good for business on any level.

Similar here.
One shipment was closed on Jan 5 with 14 units missing. Later found 6, now still 8 units missing.
One other shipment was delivered by UPS on Jan 20, and has not been checked in yet.
Two more shipments were good with all the units quickly received.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I sent 10 boxes to YXU1, and they remained in the "Delivered" status for over 10 days before being "Checked In." It took an additional 3 days after that. I'm also having similar problems with the Calgary Fulfillment Center; my next shipment keeps defaulting to Calgary, so I'm holding off and checking at various times throughout the day to see if I can route it to a different fulfillment center.

It's the same situation again, and it's not my first time dealing with delays and losses. The team there really needs to be reassessed – their performance is consistently disappointing.
