Amazon.ca: I cannot match offers to existing products detail pages on Amazon.com
Hello Team,
Case ID: 16652985131. It is been few months now trying to list my product on amazon.ca with no luck. When i try to list anew pproduct i either get the error 5461 or AI asks every time to change my category. i reached out to support and they informed that the product is already available in our "US" store. and i can match my product to the same listing in the "CA" store.
The instruction provided did not work, when i enter the product ID in Products page, i get 0 match.
For some reason, i cannot even respond back to my support case.
Any help willl be much apprecietd,

Use add product, populate the "new" catalogue item with all the exact details found on the .com ASIN. You will need to save any pictures from the US ASIN and reload them on the .ca entry.
This is the only way to get the item listed in the .ca catalogue. We do this all the time.
