Your display name reveals many items for sale with the description written in Arabic.

You may have noticed that I am replying at an hour that implies that I am near wherever you are in the world. That is because I am.

I am here to learn about Chinese counterfeit culture. Which is why I can say with great certainty that you were selling counterfeit items but I can also say you did not know you were selling counterfeit items.

Suppliers in this area are predatory. They are not the ones breaking the law by creating counterfeit items. You are the one breaking the law for selling it in the United States. That is why these suppliers stay hidden as suppliers while you suffer from a suspended account.

I would suggest the following

-Do NOT claim to have never sold this item or never listed this item. This is a one way ticket to be ignored.

-Figure out which item Amazon is talking about

-Find the information of the supplier who sold you that item and tell Amazon absolutely everything.

-I do the same thing whenever a brand wants me to take care of a counterfeit problem. I want the sellers to tell me where they got the items from and I, as a gesture of good will, retract whatever complaint on their account.

Did you notice directly under this questions it also says: "Upload purchase invoices from a manufacturer or distributor"? My question to you would be, are your invoices from a manufacturer or distributor?

Not only will you need to provide the proof you are currently using a reliable distributor, you will need to prove you have the correct approval to resell those items. The approval comes from the brand directly, possibly with a letter of authorization (loa).

As a seller, it is very important to remember to respect the intellectual property rights of the brands you are selling.
