Business Verification With Utility Bill Or Business License

In response to the notification received on August 29, 2023, wherein the Amazon Team requested the submission of either a utility bill or a Business License, I have submitted the business license accordingly.

Additionally, I confirm that there is a valid debit card on file associated with my account. However, despite this submission, I continue to receive the same email stating that the information provided is insufficient and unable to activate the account.

Could you please advise on the steps necessary to reinstate our selling account?
