Problem with shipment requirements. Help, please!
Hello everyone!
I faced with such a problem, after filling out the shipment form a notification about exceeding the weight and volume appears. But I checked it, and my data does not exceed the limit that is specified on Amazon.
My boxes are 16*16*14 inches (40*40*35 cm) and weigh 41 pounds (18.5 kg). With box size restrictions at 25inches and weight restrictions at 50 lbs.
Have you encountered anything like this? What to do in this situation?

HI @Seller_q27q8pLakG3Gs is this for a parcel or LTL shipment? Are you still facing the issue? From the screenshot it appears to be an issue of your products not reaching a minimum rather than exceeding any limits.
