Please Help!! Account Level Reserve-Not paid out and reserve money disappeared!
Please help!! Our payments have been withheld (not paid out) for 7 months. Our account had a balance of over $2K and it disappeared!! Amazon just took it away with no explanation. When I contacted seller support they could not give a reason either. I have contacted seller support many times with the same response, that they would "escalate" it and someone would get back to me. This has not happened. Please help us to get our money back from Amazon, this is money we have earned and Amazon has no right to take it without explanation!
