A-Z Claims Auto Refunding with Proof of Delivery
As requested from Amazon Help, I am starting this in a new string so they can investigate and respond.
I have 4 A-Z claims that were auto refunded and appeals denied. The first 2 I have proof of both being delivered. I have attahed photos to both in messaging between the buyers and myself. The second even admits that the photo from Fedex showing the package on the porch is her house. One waited 20 days to open claim as not received? What can I do 20 days later? And the last is just a total scam. Yet I lost all? They all state I proved my case and won't be held against me yet you take my money? Your help would be appreciated.

Hello @Seller_nNMH6FaHjIr5o
I see you posted six days ago about two of the four orders you referenced here in your opening post.
My colleague escalated two orders, but the team maintained their original decisions. After reviewing the other two orders, we will also stand by our prior determinations.

As we just learned on an AtoZ ourselves, "Welcome to Amazon, the crap show where everything's made up and the rules don't matter."
Or, I guess you could say, "Welcome to Amazon, the scam show where everything's made up and the sellers don't matter."
It doesn't matter how you ship it, what proof you provide, or even if a photo was shown. Amazon will still take advantage of sellers and make up their own stupid rules along the way. All the while rewarding scammers who even create videos on how to scam the Amazon system.

You can forget about these claims.
Amazon is one of top corrupted marketplaces worldwide, everyone is talking about it.
None of our claims are being funded for 2 years. You know why? Because Amazon intentionally grants the claims for each scammer who pretends he "did not received item" because Amazon want to push all of us sellers directly to their "Buy Shipping" services and FBA.

Start using buy shipping. It is the only way to protect against these scams.

It's the latest way to use Amazon's policies to legally shoplift. A seller whos been on here 20 yrs doesn't matter when a customer wants to be paid to remain a customer. Each time Amazon pays these people, whether it counts against us or not, it's literally training and teaching customers how to steal to get free products. Each year brings a new way for the customer to win and the seller to lose. Just the way it is on Amazon. Amazon is the ONLY place that does this, and Amazon is the only place where we get people saying they didn't get the items. Weird huh? Never used to happen, but now it's once a week. People learn the system, and how to abuse it. Amazon is Ok with it. Why buy customers? I wouldn't want theives as customers myself, but here we are. NO WAY that many people are stealing packages. Even mailers! Who steals an envelope? Really?

we have been here since 2012. Three suggestions,
1. Use Amazon but shipping because they cover supposedly pirated packages.
2. Keep track of who is filing. One year we had one buyer file for 5 missing packages, reimbursed by all. Amazon appeared to do nothing. We cancelled their orders and they moved on.
3. Watch out on social media for tic tok, facebeek, etc latest advice scams. To know is to be aware.

The INR/ODR protection claims were completely misguiding. A lot of people read them and assumed that meant we would get our money back in the even of an Item Not Received. It doesn't. All it does is mean it won't affect our metrics. If you look close enough it says nothing about us receiving our money back.
