No response on re-verification after 3 weeks
I changed from an individual to a professional seller account and Amazon required me to reverify - no problem. I immediately sent over my business license and a utility bill as requested - they then requested I complete the automated seller identity process by taking photos of your govmnt id and your face - no problem, I did that immediately too.
I have yet to be verified 3 weeks later and have heard nothing at all when they stated I would hear back within 2 days. All I get back when submitting on the appeal now is an auto message telling me to receive a call from the seller team but they just tell me to resum=bmit on the appeal so I'm stuck in a big loop.

This link does not work. It just takes me to a page stating they are conducting reviews on my docs - which they arent, its been over 3 weeks.
They keep saying for me to click the link to schedule the call but the link DOESNT WORK - NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU SEND IT - IT WILL NOT WORK. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

Based off of the information you have provided, I see that you have provided documents for the account verification but have received links that is not working. Have you created a case for it? If so, please provide a case ID here in this thread.
