Account inactive and can't activate
Please somone help me I can not reach seller support, because my account is inactive. My account was inactivated since I didn't login for while. I can not find a way to activate it again, since the same "account inactive" page pops up whatever I try to do in seller central. What can I do about this?

Hello @Seller_gszpsK6TSZicu
Thank you for the information provided regarding the activity and current status on the account. I understand that it is stating that the issue is due to inactivity. As it mentioned, you should be able to update the charge method details to resolve this.
You mention it not allowing you to update, would you be able to provide a screenshot with personal information removed? Is the card a credit or debit? I have gone ahead and engaged another community manager to further review this situation.
Any other details you have regarding this situation should be provided to this thread for support. If you have any case information or other details to share, we ask that you provide this as well.
Best,
Atlas

Exactly the same situation here, and I don't even mind the small list of used books being inactivated for inactivity... health problems and want to simplify. But when they did that, they left the listings active! I didn't know this until yesterday, when I made a sale (all of $7.50 plus shipping). But when i try to go look at the order to get the buyer's address, I get exactly this inactive account thing, with the same endless loop and no way to fix it. The credit card is current.
I can't even cancel the order, as there is no way to communicate. Amazon really messed this up, and I'll end up getting some kind of complaint from the buyer even though the book is here on my desk.
How can I get help? Did yours get resolved
Thanks,
Steve
