product complaince requests pre filled template not generating from amazon side
Under product complaince requests we are getting 12 requests.
When trying to submit the complaince requests we already have lab reports and just want to submit those; but while trying to upload compliance requests in bulk, we are trying to generate the template (screenshot template attached please check). Post this a pre filled template with the existing requests would be downloaded in order to fill the template and submit again with the documents for review.
But we're getting a blank file no pre-filled ASIN's are coming in the bulk upload file (attached is the bulk upload file after downloading for reference).
According to Amazon the pre filled template only is allowed to be submitted and will be accepted for review.
How can I submit the requested reports ? There is no option to submit them as the template is no prefilled. Kindly resolve this
