Order 114-5747525-3500212 had a Return Authorization DklzhSL2RRMA that used an Amazon provided pre-paid label. UPS did not deliver. As in other such cases it was returned to an Amazon address in Hebron KY and not to the address from whence it was sent (and which appears on the label). The A-Z team refunded from seller funds despite the fact that the item was NOT returned to sender and instead shipped to a black hole. I've tried seller support to no avail
As you have dealt with similar cases recently, I'd appreciate an escalation.

We are finding this too. I am finding all of our UPS ground saver items that get tagged "return to sender" are being sent to Hebron KY also.
I am at a loss on what to do. We have to use Amazon Buy shipping to have protections, but amazon is effectively stealing our product and forcing us to refund, despite proof that amazons process is to blame here, not anything the seller did.
If amazon is going to accept these returns and we can clearly see that they were sent to amazon, amazon should be refunding the buyer on these either via safe-t claim process or a-z process.

We have this identical issue for 2 orders 112-3791309-1301003 and 113-7271123-3799426 These two orders were return to sender via UPS, however they were not return to us. These orders were sent back to Amazon in Hebron KY. Amazon has refunded the buyers and debited our account. We have the proper return address entered in our sellers account and the from address on the UPS labels are correct.
I asked our partner teams to review those shipment and claim details to determine if there any additional steps for you to appeal the decisions.
