I cannot change a deposit method.

I cannot change a deposit method. I need to do this for bank account verification.

I have a business banking account which is under my company's name and which is registered with Amazon. I am a single member LLC and is registered with Amazon under my name. Amazon insists that my name and the name on a bank statement match. I cannot change the bank account name to my personal name since it is a business account. The only way to match names is to replace a deposit method. But I cannot do this because Amazon denies access. I log in as an administrator with all rights. Amazon says my inability to replace a deposit method is due to a technical error. It was like a month ago. Amazon periodically has been updating me saying that they were aware of this issue and working on it. Today, all the sudden they deactivated my account. I asked them to reactivate. They promised. But I feel this will not happen any time soon. Any suggestions? Thank you.

It sounds like your account is currently deactivated due to the lack of verification of your bank account for the INFORM Consumers Act? Is that correct?

Would you mind sharing the case # that you have opened with Seller Support below? I'd love to see if I can gather more information there on the fuller issue as well as review the correspondence provided there?
