Selling on Amazon USA
Hello, I am in Canada but want to sell on Amazon USA. I am new to Amazon. I'm confused while filling tax information.
It says
Do NOT use this form if:
""You are a beneficial owner claiming that income is effectively connected with the conduct of trade or business within the U.S. (other than personal services)""
FYI, I don't have any company or any other business.

Are you planning to sell on .com and ship sales from Canada (selling and exporting to the USA) or are you planning to use FBA (selling from within the USA) -- that makes a difference for tax purposes.

Hello @Seller_2eiz66bCc4iZj This is Christine from Amazon.
You should be able to use your account as a North America Unified Account. You should also be able to use your existing Canadian Bank Account to receive funds in Canadian Dollars using the Amazon Currency Converter. Feel free to reach out again if you have further questions.
Amazon requires that you provide tax information for every marketplace you sell in (Canada, US, Etcetera) but that information can be the same. You should go through the “Tax Interview” by submitting the information regarding your business. You can follow the steps here on how to submit your information to Amazon. If you have specific information you are missing, you may want to connect with a Tax Expert to review your business. Seller Support and Amazon Employees are unable to provide Tax Advice. However, if you have errors or concerns with the process of submitting your information, please let me know.
