How the heck do I upload my bank statement?
In a help phone call I was told that my bank account re-verification hadn't completed because I need to upload a bank statement. I simply cannot figure out how to do that. I can't find a link for uploading. Google says to select the account holder's name to start the upload but I can't find a clickable version of my name in the bank authorization pages anywhere.
Can someone please explain it like I'm 75 years old?
