My FBA inventory is suddently marked as defective.
Hey,
My listing just switched yesterday to Inactive(out of stock) because my items are "defective". This is impossible because it was checked before entering the warehouse and I barely started selling. I was counting on Q4 to generate most of my sales so I am hoping this gets resolved quickly.
I contacted customer support and opened a case. Even they weren't able to tell me why the status went to defective. They are sure it's a mistake ( Case ID: 14352044771 ). They also couldn't give me a timeline to resolve the case.
Is there any chance you could help or escalate the case? @Ricardo_Amazon

Hello @Seller_w4WNoWnlqqsZl, if a product does not function correctly, has a missing part or stops functioning after normal usage, it can cause your inventory to be marked as defective.
I don't currently see any defective inventory. Has this been resolved on your end?
