Inventory Ledger Report shows shipments of 30 units were received at YYC4. But only 27 units were added to inventory.
I shipped one box 30 units of the SKU via UPS to the newly opened warehouse YYC4 on Apr 23, 2024. First of all, it took almost one month for warehouse to start receiving these units. I am sure it was a mess. I should not have sent my shipments there. After shipment was closed, only 27 units were added to inventory. The inventory ledger report show “-3” units 3 days after full receipt. I opened two cases regarding this shipment 15297509461 15395876261 . However, cases were closed and no action was taken further. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you may have for resolving this issue.

Mod here jumping in to further assist.
I sent out an email with the details of this scenario for our account managers to further review.
Usually they create a new case under your account in which they will be reaching you out for support.
I'll let you know once they begin clarifying the missing inventory.
