Amazon is Violating Their Own Fair Pricing Policy on Multiple Occasions
Found a DVD that Amazon is selling new yesterday for $13.50 the next FBA price is set at $38.81 how is this Legal exactly by forcing any and all competition to sell your product at a loss potentially this is a Clear Violation of their own FPP(Fair Pricing Policy) which they Love to enjoy clamping down on as long as it's not Them selling the item of course - This also Violates Anti-Competition Law in Canada too. The ASIN is B0C6YV5XGL this should Never be allowed on any online Platform and you should set a better example Amazon.

There is only one seller doing FBA on that listing, and it's Amazon. The next listing at $38 shipped is FBM.
how is this Legal exactly
Perhaps Amazon is buying the item from Miramax directly or one of their wholesale distributors?

Hello,
Daryl here from our Forums team jumping in to further assist here.
I understand you have a situation with an ASIN marked as Pricing Health error but it does not have the reference price for you to address it.
In this type of scenarios, you need to:
-Access Seller Central
-Go to Manage Inventory and find the ASIN
-Once you find the ASIN, click on edit and find the Offer tab
-In the offer tab, you need to find the field Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. If there is no reference price, the system will show a message saying "Set List Price equal to Standard Price:", which will usually be the price of your item.
-Click on save and allow a few hours for the system to recognize the change and the issue should be solved.
Please bear in mind that Price Health is a constant process of reviewing and comparing prices, therefore it might change in case the system recognize other better offer.
Lastly, if after doing this the issue is not solved, please do contact Selling Partner Support to escalate the situation, they will be able to review it and follow-up accordingly.
