Hi, i had an FBM order but when i click on buy shipping it is telling me this

can someone tell me please what are the next steps? how can i ship my order to the customer?

It would take you to the shipping policy page and it explains that buy shipping is not available in Canada for Canada to Canada Shipments. Only China to Canada, USA to Canada and Canada to USA shipments.
You can use the post office or a courier of your choosing, providing that they meet Amazon's integrated tracking policies.
We usually use UPS, followed by Purolator, then Canada Post for the really rural addresses.
Usually with a printer, or you can go to the post office or courier store and they can print one for you.
You need to ship the order before the deadline, and then upload the tracking information.

You are the one who has to address the package. The label they print is for the postage.

Package up your order (box/envelope) so it can survive being shipped.
If you do not have a printer you can take your package to Canada Post (or UPS, FedEx, etc) and buy your shipping at the counter and they will print the shipping label to add to your package. If you have a printer, you can buy the label online and add to your package.
If using Canada Post sign up for their free Solutions-for-Small-Business card. It will give you some small shipping discounts.
Also look at Canada Post flat rate boxes, which can be cheaper for some mailing addresses. If the item fits in the box, up to 5kg can be sent tracked anywhere in Canada for the same price.

I'd recommend putting your account on vacation (after you ship this sale) until you figure out the best way to ship your items. It is too easy to lose money if you are not prepared. The shipping allowance that is the amazon default is usually not enough to cover actual shipping cost and you will need to add the extra needed into your selling price.

From my experience, the buy shipping option is only available for sellers who are in China and for Canadian sellers who can not use buy shipping to create the shipment. i recommend that register small business in canada post and get better quote when you have more pacel
