How does Amazon receive more than shipped?
We ordered from our manufacturer partner a full factory case of 12 pieces of a product. It was shipped to YHM1. They received 12 pieces. The product was then transferred by Amazon to YXU1. At YXU1 they received 13. How does Amazon do an investigation and determine that we over shipped when 13 pieces do not fit in a factory full case?????? They received the correct quantity at the originating warehouse. We only ship full case products so as to avoid this lunacy call Amazon receiving.
Amazon investigated and says we clearly shipped 13 when that is far from reality. Maybe a mod can look at case 15543373921
