Do i need to collect taxes or import fees if the inventory remote fulfilled from US fba to Canada
I have inventory US Amazon warehouse only. and I am selling in Canada with remote fulfillment from the US Amazon warehouse.
just registered GST HST number, and found out Amazon didn't charge any import fees or taxes to Canadian customers.
From now on I need to collect?

Amazon.com FBA does charge an import fee equivalent to sales tax for amazon orders over 40 CAD made to Canadian addresses (taking advantage of a CAUSM import rule to ignore under $40 for sales tax).
But I have no idea what rules apply for remote fulfillment. I suspect it will depend on how amazon takes the product across the border -- Paid in Advance [Seller responsibility] or Paid at time of delivery [Buyer].
You are expected to collect (or have collected) GST/HST from registration date. The "fun" part will be determing what sales that applies to (and how to do it).
Best of luck.
