Waiting for the return process
Waiting for the return process
When the customer sends a return request, we approve it if the return is acceptable. In this process, we send the Customer the return label and wait for them to send the product to us. Amazon tells us to hold the refund until we receive the product back. This is the right thing to do. But in the meantime, the customer can go to Amazon and open an A to Z to claim their money. There may be a complaint that they want a refund. How can this be avoided?

Amazon will then ask for the tracking number for the return. If the customer has not shipped it back or tracking doesn't indicate that you received it back, the claim gets put on hold.
