Bank account verification problems - Help!
The bank account I have been using for the last 8 months with no problems required re-verification due to the INFORM act. I have been unable to have this account verified, I have opened another account with the same issue. I have talked to customer service 5 times now with absolutely no help. They keep me on hold for 15 minutes to investigate, then tell me they are escalating the issue, only to have no one contact me again and then receive more notices that the verification failed and that I need to update my account information. All the while I get notifications that my account will be deactivated - I think I have 3 days left now. I have money in my account that I am unable to transfer to my bank. I can get no answers and no help. I wait for hours for the "leadership team" to return my call only to send me form email asking for a screen shot of the error - I have only submitted that a dozen times. Has anyone encountered this problem, as I have reached my wits end. I just want my money from Amazon. I have some stock left that I need to sell, but I don't want to send it in as I have no way of being paid. I am beyond done with Amazon and FBA. If I can get this resolved I will sell my remaining stock and be done. If anyone has any ideas I would be so appreciative. Sorry for the rambling post, but this is beyond ridiculous. Before anyone ask, I have submitted all paperwork required to show ownership of accounts. My bank account has been verified for Mexico, Canada, and Brazil - but not the United States. I don't even sell in those areas.
