No customers are leaving us feedback - what's wrong
Riddle me this - our store has had 192 customer orders over the last 365 days. However zero customers have left us a review. How is that possible? Doesn't Amazon automatically send feedback solicitations to every single customer that orders?

Yes, they do, but that doesn't mean a customer will leave a review.

Oh boy if you thiink thats bad.
Last year we sold ~15,000 units
We received 11 feedback, 1 of which was a 1 star because "his package was supposed to be confidential"
FYI that 7/100ths of a percent of units sold result in a feedback last year....

Yep, you can expect very little feedback. You're lucky if 1 in 1000 people decide to leave you feedback unless they are mad about something.

You have already received information from your fellow sellers on the nature of feedback, but I did just want to jump in here and confirm that Amazon does send out requests for both feedback and product reviews on your behalf. However, customers are not required to leave feedback or reviews.
If you would like to follow up with a certain order and request feedback or review, you may do so by navigating to the Request a review feature on the Order Details page. Some sellers like to do as a way to remind buyers that feedback and reviews are appreciated.
However, please be sure to request additional feedback through the steps provided in the link above rather than through buyer-seller messaging.
