A bunch of different sellers are hijacking my listing even though they are not selling my brand

I own my brand that features products with distinctive attributes, including our logo and brand name. Despite the fact that I own the brand, I have noticed multiple sellers on my Amazon listing offering similar items at lower prices, which falsely appear to be the same product. These sellers are not selling my product and have never taken permission from me. This not only undermines my pricing strategy but also misleads customers. I fear this will lead to multiple bad reviews for my products because they will feel cheated. I previously reported this issue through a violation claim, which unfortunately was denied. As a result, I find myself compelled to lower my prices just to regain the buy box for my own products. How can I effectively address and resolve this situation?

Can you please help. These fake sellers are selling under my listing and I worry it will trash the reviews when people receive products that are obviously not going to be from my brand.

I have ordered a unit from each of these sellers to report them but they are delaying the delivery by a month so that they can sell during prime day. It seems like a well thought out scam. Can I please get some help.
