Order Status Below 30$

Hi Everyone,

I have several customers/Buyers that have complained that Their order status are not getting updated to "Delivered". Upon investigation, this looks like all orders below 30$ which does not require a tracking are getting this type of error. Amazon even sends them an email stating that their package may have been lost or delay and that they can actually file a claim, Many Sellers are taking advantage of this and filing claim even if they have received the items, We have asked amazon to look into this and cases upon cases but these Tech supports deliberately sends automate templates with irrelevant answers to the case , it seems they are using this strategy to incite buyer to file claims and reduce Seller Performance. We even tested if it would be below 30$ but confirmed as non tracked but we have a tracking in back end shipped with carrier and order is indeed received but Amazon would show the same message. instead of having Status changed to delivered once the delivery date by is passed they leave it open for claim! incite for claims to affect Sellers Performance Metrics and forcing to use approved carrier only even if they are exempting below 30$ orders.
