Is there no way out of Amazon jail?

I’ve been put in Amazon Jail for having bad VTR numbers. I admit it was my fault I let a few orders get by without updating the tracking information. Honest mistake. I’ve tried three times to appeal so I can get my self fullfilled option turned back on. Right now the only way to ship they are forcing me to use FBA.

Is there any way to get out of jail?

Would you be able to share the specific messaging that you received at the time of the issue? In addition to this, you mention that the issue was due to orders that were not updated, how have you gone about explaining this in your appeal? The information should provide context to why the orders were not updated, and what kind of processes you will be putting into place to prevent any future issues from occurring again.

If the steps are vague or the identified issues do not align with what our team has found, they will be obligated to reject the submission. I encourage you to provide more details to this thread so that I may continue to review and offer support to you.
