Item Stolen - UPS label bought through Amazon Buy Shipping
I have a high value item ($500) that was shipped to a customer with a UPS label purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping.
The package arrived to the customer empty. I believe the customer is being truthful and he opened a claim with UPS.
Now what should i do? Do i refund the customer and wait for UPS to finalize the claim? Even when UPS finalizes the claim, how do i get reimbursed?
I tried contacting amazon for more details about this and every person i speak to tells me something else.
Can anyone share any advice or have past experience with this?

Did the customer open an A-to-Z claim, @Seller_8CdKkF0RGmWFM?

Why would you believe the customer over the UPS carrier?
The UPS carrier says it was delivered. The customer says it was not. One of them is lying.
If the customer gets caught lying, he loses...err...nothing.
If the UPS employee gets caught, he loses his job, and is maybe prosecuted for theft.
