Cannot change email address for order cancellation email notifications
We changed our 'Buyer Auto-Cancellation Window' from 30 min to 72 hours. I am now getting email notifications (see below picture) to my email address (account owner) but would like to change it to our customer service email address, but have been unable to do so.
The FAQ on that page says "Manage your email notifications by visiting: settings > notification preferences > messaging > buyer messages". This is not correct. We have played with this setting and several others and I am still the only one that is getting these emails. We have also opened a case with seller support, and they seem to be stumped as well.
It is critical we get this changed or we will need to go back to 30min. That is not good for Amazon's customers. Thank you.

I have to ask WHY ON EARTH you want to give buyers THREE DAYS to cancel an order?
I ship everything the same/next day. They might have already received it by the time they decide to cancel an order from me.

Are you seriously that slow shipping that nothing goes out before three days?
Think about what is good for YOU and your cash flow. You won't even see the orders for three days and the buyers will be wondering why things are not shipping already.

If you can't fix this on SC, maybe as a last resort you can autoforward the emails from order-update@amazon.com to your customer service email address thru your mail settings.
