Two-step verification issues with no resolution
I have been having issue passing the two-step verification. My phone on file is correct, and I don't receive texts or voice with OTP. I sent my seller ID information for Two-step verification account recovery, and it says that I will have response in 1-2 days. It is already day 6 and no one has contacted me yet. I chatted with few people from the support team, and all of them are telling me that it is best to use an authenticator app. I agree but I have no access to my desktop account where I can perform this task, and there are no options on the mobile app to do that. It has been a very frustrating experience, and a big let down from Amazon.
