Cosmetic products restricted, issue with (DIN/NHP)
Hi,
I am currently having a challenge for my cosmetic products on Amazon involving Health Canada.
Amazon has restricted 4 of our cosmetic products, citing that they have been identified as Natural Health Products (NHP) or Drug Identification Number (DIN) and are subject to the provisions of the FDA and its regulations. We noticed that our products are only considered and categorized as ''Cosmetic Products'' and not ''Health Products''. We spoke with Health Canada agent and they can only provide us a ''COSMETIC CODE'' as our products are only considered as a ''Cosmetic Products''. Amazon asked for NHP or DIN code, but Health Canada agents cannot provide us a (NHP or DIN) Code because our products are not categorized as Natural Health Products.
We requested to Amazon to change the category to be in the ''Beauty and Personal Care'' and we have been approved. Even though we have been approved, the system still asked us to provide NHP or DIN codes. We are blocked in this situation for over 4 months and we have done all the work from our side with Health Canada. It's on Amazon side to unlock this and to fix that important issue but they keep on sending the same automated message.
As well, we provided bilingual labeling of our products in both English and French, providing the cosmetics number, ingredients list, declaration and confirmation from the agency to reinforce our cosmetics products and we are still facing the same issue.
We are looking to fix that issue to help us to get ahead. Can you please help?

I understand you're looking to resolve your issue with your ASINs as they have been classified as Natural Health Products even though they're only Cosmetic products.

Ijust want to know that beacuse of this my account will not be deactivated right? Please guide me with this matter
