Anyone else get their Funds put on hold because of Early Enforcement of the Inform Act

Anyone else get their funds put on hold because of the Inform Act? Thought we had until 6/27? Was this an error? I got an email that they were on hold and then they were off hold, but they still have my money.

Very frustrating!

Anyone else get their funds put on hold because of the Inform Act? Thought we had until 6/27? Was this an error? I got an email that they were on hold and then they were off hold, but they still have my money.

Very frustrating!

I was changing banks and the disbursements were held while they verified the new one. It took a bit over a week to go through.

Fortunately I'm independently wealthy so I didn't need the money................./S

I wanting to check in on your thread considering the priority of INFORM Consumers Act and your funds. Your patience is appreciated in the matter. Are your funds still on hold? @NEVERLAST is correct here, if you change banks there may be a temporary hold on disbursements for security purposes. Did you recently update/change your deposit method?

For the hold on disbursements regarding the INFORM Consumers Act, here is a great thread with FAQ's.

FAQ 3: How fast will the hold disbursements be released?

After you submit your information to verify your identity, we will aim to lift the hold on your disbursements within 24 hours. When the hold is removed, the banner on your Account Health page notifying you about the hold on your disbursements will disappear. You may also receive an email notification letting you know this has been lifted. The available balance will disburse on your next scheduled settlement date.
