Poor Service by Amazon Feedback Team
hello. a customer is buy two items. then leave negative feedback on my store page "not received".......
when i check the two products, i see same customer is leave product reviews on both pages the day before. clearly the customer is receive the order. is strange behavior by customer?
given how small my store is, that one feedback is BIG problem for my Account Health ODR
i try to get this resolved but the feedback team look to me to be run by a bunch of idiots. they replied within 3 min of filing case, did not investigate nothing, and gave some cookie cutter reply about customer feedback. and that is it, i cannot have this investigated further either. these idiots have the final say. end of matter.

I was checking your post and researching, however I do see the Order 702-7703996-4012234 does not have a tracking number in Seller Central, in order to confirm if the order was delivered.
Therefore, this is a valid comment and it can not be deleted.
I do recommend you for future reference to add the tracking number and provide your buyers with tracking numbers since this can also help you to prevent negatives feedbacks and even AtoZ claims.
