PPO4 fulfillment center - parcels delivered but the check in and receiving lead time is too slow
Anyone has experience with their FBA shipments delivered to PPO4 fulfillment center but the check in and receiving process is very slow?
I had 16 shipments delivered to the warehouse (small parcel delivered since 17th Jan 25) but none of the shipments checked in and receiving. This is so frustrating, the processing speed is too slow. I have all the inventory unavailable for sale and affected my cash flow.

Sorry to hear about your receiving delays. According to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201022330, the standard processing times for small parcel deliveries are:
- Up to 4 days from delivery to "Checked in" status
- Up to 4 more days from "Checked in" to "Receiving" status
I see from the Shipping Calendar Guidelines (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GMMHQDYGPKV94GHV) that November-January are heavier shipping months, which can affect processing times. During these periods, Amazon notes that standard processing times may be longer than usual.
If you haven't already, you might want to check your shipment status in Seller Central to see if there are any specific issues flagged.

We are having the same issue, and our 8 Pallets have been delivered to PP04 with any issues In January end and Now it is March end and they have not been checked in.
when we contact amazon they reply very generic and say wait 1 more month and the OPEN CASE, which is ridiculous because of this mess at PP04 we have lost over 250k in sales.
we are lost, we feel this is sabotage of our stock and we are loosing sales heavily.
Have anyone had any luck in getting their pallets checked in?

All boxes were stuck in PPO4. All boxes were marked as delivered and then nobody dealt with them. It seems there is nobody in this warehouse center.
