I have encountered the same situation - unfortunately, due to the Canada Post Employees' strike, I have received a lot of negative Feedback regarding orders not delivered on time.
Eventually, the orders reach the customers, but with a delay of over a month, while Canada Post has suspended the delivery of parcels.
I write to the customers, inform them about the situation and ask for their understanding. However, this is often not enough and the negative Feedback issued remains on my account without changes - not through my fault.
I regret this very much because I have never had such an unpleasant situation. I want to point out that customers who decided that they wanted a refund for the order - I did it. However, it often happened that customers filed an A-Z Claim - and received a refund for the order, and later still received the parcel.
If I could also ask for this Feedback to be removed from my account - I kindly ask for it. Here is a list of orders with negative feedback due to Canada Post not delivering their November and December 2024 packages on time:
