YXU1 Reciving delayed 3 weeks and counting

Freight was confirmed by UPS March 25th and it’s now April 14th but still stuck on receiving. Amazon keeps delaying the date that the goods will be receipt confirmed by 2 to 4 days.

It’s 1 carton as well but I get told there is a delay with that FBA warehouse so I should be patient.

Has anyone sent a new product there recently. What was the turnaround time?

I would like to inform you that in this case, we do request our sellers to allow up to 60 days for the information to be fully updated with the correct status units etcetera.

Please know that during this time we have the team working on counting the units and checking shipments, for this reason we request you to allow these 60 days.

If after this timeframe you still present issues with the shipment, you can proceed to request a reconciliation.

I will leave the information here so you can see all information in case a reconciliation is the next step.
