How to esclate my issue within Amazon, Support people are useless
I have issue related to refund which Amazon authorizes even when buyer never shipped the products back to me, Amazon already did this twice with me previously, and did it again,
label was generated and shared with the buyer but they never returned my product and Amazon authorize the amount order ID - 113-8897402-6819469
I open a case but support people are useless keep giving stupid excuse and not even care to read my issue, it there any way to escalate my issues and talk to someone senior , I already lost close to 1000 USD in various cases because of Amazon support people not listening.
if this continue its hard for small business to survive and keep getting scammed by various people on the Amazon marketplace. Amazon has not clear cut support for sellers at all

Unless the item is one that simply can NOT be returned due to hazmat or health products if the 'buyer' does not return it the label should never be scanned and you should not be charged.
Is the product one that can't be returned under Amazon rules?
