Amazon Made an Error make us Lost A to Z claim worth over 1000$ Mod A Assistance Requested

The order was shipped by LTL freight, shipping carrier is CEVA. CEVA schedule the shipping then delivery with signature. Amazon told the buyer the package was lost due to their system not being able to track the package. The buyer took this opportunity to file the claim based on the message they got from Amazon even though they really got the item, hoping they could get it free. So I automatically lost the INR A-Z claim. We are caught between Amazon's system and dishonest buyer

CEVA with signature required. Tracking shows item was delivered and signed by the receiver. The buyer never contact us said he did not receive the package before open the A to Z claim, We had sent the receiver signature proof, but we never get response.

It is evident that the buyer is clearly attempting to deceive us and falsely claim the payment for the goods. Otherwise, why would there be no response?

@Glenn_Amazon@Rose_Amazon@Michelle_Amazon@Dominic_Amazon@Atlas_Amazon

Thank you

I confront the same thing 2 month ago, it seems that there might be a miscommunication or technical issue causing the package status to display as "out for delivery" even after the buyer has already received it. This situation can lead to potential misunderstandings or misuse of Amazon's policies by buyers who falsely claim non-receipt to seek refunds. Amazon did not protect us , just in the favor of the cheater

Hey there @Seller_E7rodz8157yCb- appreciate you joining us here on the forums for some guidance on managing A-to-z claim situations. I'd be happy to take a look at this claim along with you to see how I can best assist. Would you be so kind as to share the order ID in question along with any case IDs you have open already working on the issue with our support teams?

I'll also link to our Buy Shipping help page, which does offer protections against INR claims, in case this helps avoid such situations moving forward.

Thanks,

Danny
