Identity verification Bank Statement "doesnt have Logo"

Hello, my account was deactivated do to me not having listed my first product in four months. I have been diligently trying to find my first product to sell. They need to Verrify my identity, so I sent amazon a bank statement with all of the requirements listed (except a logo of the bank). I was denied to it not having the banks logo. How am I able to get my seller account reactivated? I cannot simply contact a nationwide bank and ask them to reformat their statments so they have logos.

Required is a logo OR bank name, according to Amazon.

"• Bank or credit card statement must have bank name or logo, address and account holder's name"

In order to ensure your documents are not rejected, make sure that they meet the below requirements:

  • The name on the document matches the name you entered in Seller Central.
  • Bank logo, account number, and account holder’s name are clearly displayed.
  • The date on the documents is less than 180 days old.
  • The document is not a screenshot.
  • Upload full document and black out transaction details you do not want to share.

If you are still experiencing this concern, I would suggest opening a case with our Support team for troubleshooting. If you are already opened one, please feel free to post it to this thread and I can take a look and escalate as needed.

Maybe switch to paper and get a real statement if their online statements are not a copy of an actual statement.

I had problems too as my bank only has the last 2 digits of the account number and not the 4 Amazon wants. How is somebody going to get a bank to change their statement to conform to Amazon requirements? It was finally accepted after many re-tries.
