I am a new seller with Amazon and I have an item that I would like to post on Amazon Marketplace. The item was actually purchased from Amazon and I have the order number. When I attempt to gain approval for the ousting, I am being told that the serial number is incorrect-an inaccurate statement. What is Amazon trying to pull?

Is AZ asking for a serial number? Usually they want an ASIN (Amazon Standard Indentification Number) or a UPC bar code.
If purchased on amazon, was it direct from amazon.ca or from a third-party seller? Does the original detail page where you bought the item from still exist -- that is the page you should be making your offer on.

This will get you suspended. You cannot by from Amazon or retail and resell on Amazon. Stop here before you lose your account. Sell that on eBay or another venue. Retail sourcing will burn your account for life.
