Our shipment arrived at the ONT8 warehouse on Jun.30th, but till now the status is in transit,why

Our shipment arrived at the ONT8 warehouse on Jun.30th, but till now the status is in transit,why?

What we can get from our courior is just the appointment ID and it says the shipment was already delivered on Jun.30th.

But as the status is In Transit, Amazon insists they haven't received out shipment.

What can we do?

Sorry for missing your tag there, it looks like it didn't properly register. Have you seen any movement on this? It's possible that the shipment was delivered but has not yet been updated in the system as it has not yet been received (potentially due to delays at the FC). Let me know what the current status is of this shipment and I can work you with on next steps.

@Bryce_Amazon Hi Bryce, We opened a new case ID:13532485091 because our shipment is still "IN TRANSIT", it's very strange because our courier did delivery this shipment.

Please help!!!
