GST refund from Government as an Individual Seller

I am an individual seller and not registered as a business. Amazon automatically collects GST/HST from buyers. For Amazon Ads, they charge me a GST (13%) for the services. Can I claim this GST as a refund from the Government as Amazon has already charged GST from the buyers?

If you have a business registered GST/HST number, you could claim it as an Input Tax Credit.

Individual or Professional are just Amazon service levels. The same tax rules apply for both.

You can only claim GST/HST paid out for a tax credit if you are registered to collect GST/HST. If not registered you treat it as a selling expense.
