reducing odr rate?

I ve got an unfair a-z odr rate. and it affected my sales immediately. now i have 3.33 rate and on average, I receive two orders a day.

any advice to reduce odr rate?

how could i manage it?

Keep making more problem-free sales.

You will just have to wait until the a-z order drops out of the ODR calculation time range (60 days) for ODR to go back to zero.

I do want to offer insight into this situation, but will require more details to assist you. Were you looking to dispute the claim that you had? Did you have documentation or evidence that you wanted to share?

As mentioned by @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE, the claim will impact the account for 60 days and should fall off once it is no longer present in the time window. If the claim was valid, then our team will be unable to take any action to remove the claim from your metric. I would advise on monitoring the metric as no action will be required unless communicated through a performance notification. Have you received anything like this as of now?
