Is this a private label product? If so, you need to purchase barcodes from GS1. If it's not private label, it should already have a UPC.

If it is your items under your private label you can apply for GTIN Exemption.

This way you wont need to purchase barcodes from GS1

Hello @Seller_ClXriQMx3a5m8

Marche from Amazon here! Welcome to selling with Amazon and to the Forums community, we are so glad you are here! I am happy to jump in here and see if I can help you solve this problem.

I am going to drop some links to helpful articles that will provide general information on getting your business started. Furthermore, I encourage you to review these and bookmark for future reference as well.

Create and Manage Inventory FAQs

There are three scenarios where products are added:

Listing in a category not supported by Listing Loader. Product lookup, when used in conjunction with a UPC, will add the products to the Products not Found sheet. You must use other tools like the Inventory File Templates or Add a Product tool to add or update listings on the Products not Found sheet.

Products already in Amazon’s catalog do not have UPCs or EANs associated with them. Product look-up will add your listing to the Products not Found sheet. To create a listing for such a product you must use the associated ASIN as the product-id and set the product-id-type to “ASIN”.

Product is not in Amazon’s catalog. Create the product in Amazon’s catalog using Add a Product.

As a seller, you also have access to Seller Support. If you are not able to get past the issue you are having with the resources above, I encourage you to create a case with Seller Support by clicking “Help” in the upper right-hand corner of Seller Central.

If you do create a case with Seller Support, feel free to send me the case Id and I am happy to monitor the ticket until we can get this resolved for you.

If you have any questions, just let me know!

Thanks.
