My hidden video cameras were identified as restricted sound surveillance devices and removed due to system identification. But in fact, my products are video-only cameras that record videos without audio, and this point is specifically stated on the details page and manual. In addition, many sellers complained that the product does not record sound. We kept these complaint screenshots and sent them to the case review team when we appealed, but the replies we received were all automatic replies, and my ASIN could not be restored.
The most important thing is that the Amazon surveillance equipment page gives an example of allowing the sale of hidden video cameras.
